Sec. 123.002. INCIDENTAL POWERS. A credit union may exercise any right, privilege, or incidental power necessary or appropriate to exercise its specific powers and to accomplish the purposes for which it is organized. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
