Sec. 124.301. PARTICIPATION LOANS. A credit union may market and sell participations in loans to members originated by the credit union to another credit union, corporation, or financial organization. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
