Sec. 15.102. REGULATION OF CREDIT UNIONS. The department shall supervise and regulate credit unions as provided by this chapter and Subtitle D, Title 3. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
