Sec. 342.306. DATE OF FIRST SCHEDULED INSTALLMENT. On a secondary mortgage loan made under this chapter the due date of the first installment may not be scheduled later than three months after the date of the loan. Amended by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 7.19(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
