Sec. 62.301. APPLICATION TO CONVERT TO STATE SAVINGS BANK. An association may apply to the commissioner to convert to a state savings bank by filing an application with the commissioner. The application shall be processed under Subtitle C. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
