Sec. 63.003. POWERS OF FEDERAL ASSOCIATION. A federal association and its members have all the powers, privileges, benefits, immunities, and exemptions provided by the law of this state for an association and the association's members. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
