Sec. 64.021. BORROWER PAYMENT OF LOAN EXPENSES. An association may require a borrower to pay all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with making, closing, disbursing, extending, readjusting, or renewing a loan. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
