Sec. 64.104. RECORD OF CHARGES ON REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY. An association shall keep a record of the status of taxes, assessments, insurance premiums, and other charges on all real and personal property owned by the association. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
