Sec. 91.005. RECORD OF PROCEEDING. On written request by an interested party, the commissioner shall keep a formal record of the proceedings of a hearing under this subtitle. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
