Sec. 92.206. INSURANCE OF DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS. A savings bank shall obtain and maintain federal insurance of deposit accounts through an insurance corporation created by an Act of the United States Congress. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
