Sec. 1505.003. AMOUNT OF BONDS. A municipality may issue bonds under this subchapter in an amount: (1) the municipality considers necessary; and (2) that does not exceed a limit on debt set by the municipal charter. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
