Tex. Government Code § 2054.458

Sec. 2054.458. INTERNET WEBSITES. The department shall adopt rules regarding the development and monitoring of state agency Internet websites to provide access to individuals with disabilities. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 750 (H.B. 2819), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2005.
