Sec. 27.032. EXTRAORDINARY REMEDIES. A justice of the peace may issue writs of attachment, garnishment, and sequestration within the justice's jurisdiction in the same manner as judges and clerks of the district and county courts. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
