Sec. 30.01091. APPLICATION; DEFINITION. (a) This subchapter applies to the City of Carrollton. (b) In this subchapter, "appellate courts" means the county criminal courts of Dallas County that have criminal appellate jurisdiction. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 324, Sec. 1, eff.
