Sec. 403.007. DIVISIONS. The comptroller may organize and maintain divisions within the comptroller's office as necessary for the efficient and orderly operation of the office. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
