Sec. 41.003. ADMISSION BY PROSECUTOR. An admission made by a district or county attorney in a suit or action to which the state is a party does not prejudice the rights of the state. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
