Sec. 41.104. BOND. A prosecuting attorney may require his assistant prosecuting attorneys, investigators, and secretaries to have a bond in the amount that the prosecuting attorney sets. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
