Sec. 43.138. 76TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT. The voters of Titus and Camp counties elect a district attorney for the 76th Judicial District who represents the state in all matters pending before the district court in those counties. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
