Sec. 443.012. FIRE INSPECTION. The state fire marshal shall inspect the Capitol annually and when requested by the board and shall report the results of the inspection to the board. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
