Sec. 443.021. STATE HISTORY MUSEUM. The board is authorized to develop, construct, govern, and operate, from funds appropriated for that purpose, a state history museum to be located within the Capitol complex. In this section, "Capitol complex" has the meaning assigned by Section 443.0071. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1367, Sec. 8, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
