Sec. 448.054. SUBCOMMITTEES. The presiding officer of the advisory commission may appoint a subcommittee for any purpose consistent with the duties of the advisory commission under this chapter. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 897 (H.B. 3257), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2021.
