Sec. 464.002. LABORATORY AND COUNCIL. The State of Texas Building Materials and Systems Testing Laboratory is an agency of the state, and includes the Technical Testing and Evaluation Council. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
