Sec. 614.125. EXPIRATION DATE. An identification card issued under this subchapter expires on a date specified by the law enforcement agency or other governmental entity issuing the card. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 938 (H.B. 3613), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2007.
