Sec. 12.051. PROVISION OF FUNDS. The department may provide funds by grant or contract to a qualified person for the purchase of services, equipment, or supplies to be used to promote and maintain the public health. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
