Sec. 122.001. COUNTY FUNDING FOR PUBLIC HEALTH AND SANITATION. The commissioners court of a county may appropriate and spend money from the county general revenues for public health and sanitation in the county. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
