Sec. 142.007. NOTICE OF DRUG TESTING POLICY. An agency licensed under this chapter shall provide to the following persons a written statement describing the agency's policy for the drug testing of employees who have direct contact with clients: (1) each person applying for services from the agency; and (2) any person requesting the information.
