Sec. 143.005. HOMEWORKER'S CERTIFICATE REQUIRED. (a) A person may not engage in industrial homework without a homeworker's certificate issued by the board. (b) A homeworker's certificate is valid only for work performed by the certificate holder in the certificate holder's home. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
