Sec. 221.084. EXTENSION OF DURATION. If a corporation is dissolved by expiration of its duration, the corporation may amend its articles of incorporation to extend its duration within three years after the date of dissolution. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
