Sec. 251.031. TRAINING REQUIRED. An individual may not act as a dialysis technician employed by or working in an end stage renal disease facility unless that individual is trained and competent under this subchapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 608, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1996.
