Sec. 301.008. COST OF SERVICES. A hospital laundry cooperative association may determine the amount to be charged for providing laundry services through its laundry system to eligible institutions. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
