Sec. 301.014. ANNUAL REPORT. A hospital laundry cooperative association shall file an annual report with the secretary of state showing the assets and conditions of the association's affairs. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
