Sec. 342.002. MUNICIPAL POWER CONCERNING SEWERS AND PRIVIES. The governing body of a municipality may: (1) regulate the making, filling, altering, or repairing of sewers and privies; (2) direct the mode and material for constructing sewers and privies; and (3) regulate the cleaning and disinfecting of sewers and privies.
