Sec. 35.010. FUNDING. The department may receive and spend: (1) gifts made for the purposes of this chapter; and (2) funds appropriated or granted by the state or federal government to provide services for children. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
