Sec. 434.001. DEFINITION. In this subchapter "bakery" means a business producing, preparing, storing, or displaying bakery products intended for sale for human consumption. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
