Sec. 487.254. REPORTS BY INSTITUTIONAL REVIEW BOARDS. Each institutional review board shall submit written reports that describe and assess the research findings of each approved research program to: (1) the Health and Human Services Commission, not later than October 1 of each year; and (2) the legislature, not later than October 1 of each even-numbered year.
