Sec. 775.105. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT. The district may provide facilities, equipment, transportation, employees, and other services and assistance to the fire marshal, including investigators. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 272, Sec. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
