Sec. 81.005. CONTRACTS. The department may enter into contracts or agreements with persons as necessary to implement this chapter. The contracts or agreements may provide for payment by the state for materials, equipment, and services. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
