Sec. 85.031. STATE GRANT PROGRAM TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. The department shall establish and administer a state grant program to nonprofit community organizations for: (1) HIV education, prevention, and risk reduction programs; and (2) treatment, health, and social service programs for persons with HIV infection.
