Sec. 89.102. REPORT OF RELEASE. A corrections facility shall report to the department the release of an offender who is receiving treatment for tuberculosis. The department shall arrange for continuity of care for the offender. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 348, Sec. 11, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
