Sec. 1102.002. BENEFITS PAYABLE IN CURRENCY. Each benefit payable under an insurance policy delivered, issued, or used in this state by an insurer shall be payable in currency. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
