Complaints

Sec. 2054.552. COMPLAINTS. (a) The company shall establish methods by which consumers and service recipients are notified of the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the company for the purpose of directing a complaint to the company. (b) The company may provide for the notice: (1) by a supplement or endorsement to a written policy; (2) on a sign prominently displayed in the place of business of each regional office of the company; or (3) in a bill for services provided by the company.
