Sec. 38.201. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "designated statistical agent" means an organization designated or contracted with by the commissioner under Section 38.202. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
