Sec. 4004.151. AGENT EDUCATION PROGRAMS. The department shall administer continuing education and precertification training programs required by rules adopted under Chapter 4008. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 451 (H.B. 2456), Sec. 3, eff. June 19, 2009.
