Sec. 842.257. MAY LIMIT BENEFITS. A policy or certificate issued by a group hospital service corporation may limit the types of disease for which benefits are provided. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
