Sec. 887.358. PAYMENT OF TAXES ON MORTUARY FUND INCOME. An association may pay from a mortuary fund any taxes that are assessed against income on the fund and required to be paid by the association. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
