Sec. 101.105. ANNUAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS, AGENTS, ORGANIZERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES. An election for labor union officers, agents, organizers, and representatives must be held at least once each year, except as provided by Section 101.108. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
