Sec. 21.257. ASSIGNMENT TO EARLY HEARING. The court shall set an action brought under this subchapter for hearing at the earliest practicable date to expedite the action. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
