Sec. 212.003. WITNESS FEES. (a) A witness subpoenaed under this chapter is entitled to a fee at a rate set by the commission. (b) The witness fee is an expense of administering this subtitle. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
