Sec. 411.011. COORDINATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF STATE LAWS AND RULES. The division shall coordinate and enforce the implementation of state laws and rules relating to workers' health and safety issues. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
