Sec. 51.041. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "asset" means: (1) a credit, bank, or savings account or deposit; or (2) any other intangible or personal property. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 905, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
